We do not ask for or store any payment card details through this website.

We use your information only to respond to your booking request, confirm availability and pricing, arrange your stay, and stay in touch with you about it.

3. How it is shared

Your booking request is sent to your hosts by email so they can reply. To run the website and deliver that email, we rely on a small number of trusted service providers: Vercel (website hosting), Sanity (website content), and Resend (email delivery). They process your information only on our behalf and to provide their service. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your booking correspondence for as long as we need it to manage your stay and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

5. Cookies

This website uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. To do so, contact us at stay@coolretreat.my.
